Damaged and Defective Products

If you received a defective product, please just send a picture via email to gday@littleaussiezoo.com and we will replace it.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return a purchase we will issue you a full refund. Naturally, the product to be returned must not have been used.  Please email us to initiate the return of goods. Refer to your purchase details and let us know when the goods are being sent and how.  We require a traceability of the return - eg. Australia Post tracking number.  Refunds will be made following receipt of goods.
